Pleasant Hill Swim Club
Start: 6:15 PM
Warm-up: 5:30 PM

Declare your Swimmer

  • MUST declare ATTEND or NOT ATTENDING for each meet.
  • Undeclared swimmers will be counted as NOT ATTENDING
  • Can choose what your child swims: CHOOSE 2 (TWO)Individual Events
  • Coaches will enter RELAYS
  • Swimmers will SWIM 3-4 total events (generally speaking)
    • If your swimmer is not on a relay or is only on 1 relay
    • our coaches will do our best to give them a 3rd event to swim
    • totaling at least 3 but no more than 4 events for the meet.
  • If your swimmer is ON A RELAY - THEY CANNOT LEAVE EARLY
    • Relays are the FIRST and LAST events
  • We plan to have EVERY swimmer RACE 3-4 Events total at each meet
  • Swimmers are promised 2-3 events at swim meets to keep our meets from going past 9:30/10pm.
  • 6 & Under Swimmers - can CHOOSE EITHER 42ft (half way) OR 25 FREE - NOT BOTH!!

  • Swimmers ARRIVE 5:30p
  • Warm Ups (in the water) 5:50-6:10p
  • Swim Meet STARTS 6:15pm

Please make note of our Volunteer Requirements for participation on our teams. ..we need LOTS of support at Swim & Dive Team events and meets.

SSA League Meet Cancellation Policy

Swim & Dive meets will NOT be cancelled before 6:15PM.

In the event lightning and/or thunder occur in the vicinity of the host pool, a 20-minute delay is required. The total amount of delays will not exceed one hour for any one meet. SSA reps and coaches and/or club representatives shall determine whether a meet should be cancelled or suspended. If weather or imminent circumstances deem it necessary to stop the meet, it is considered an officially completed dual meet after event #46 (or last individual medley event).

Junior Coaches will meet at the pool for PLATE DECORATING - come ready with your crafty minds to help us get ready for our end of the season awards.

We will have a lite continential breakfast.

- Will need A LOT of volunteers to help these large events go smoothly.

- These can be longer events- but SO much FUN!

- A great culminating event for our swimmers.

- PHSC is one of the biggest teams- we have a great shot to do really well at Champs this year!
