We are thrilled to host your teams at WHSC and can't wait for a great Championship meet!

Meet Details @ WHSC:

• Parking: Parking fills up fast, overflow parking at Yankee park and at the hospital.
• Schedule: 
  • Gates open at 4pm; 
  • Timers/Officials Meeting at 5:15 PM; 
  • Warmups end 5:30 PM; 
  • National Anthem at 5:35 PM; 
  • Meet Starts at 5:45 PM.
• Grill & Concessions: We have an amazing grill setup for tonight's meet—please encourage your families to join us for dinner!
  • What’s on the menu? Hamburgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken, pulled pork, jalapeno cheddar sausages, baked goods, Gatorade, soda, and water will be available for purchase (grill is cash, card, and venmo).
  • Our concession stand will offer nachos, pretzels, and candy at affordable prices.
  • Kona Ice will also be at the meet—remind your families to bring their refillable cups! This is a fundraiser for our team.
• Coolers: Families are welcome to bring their own food and alcohol, but please no glass containers.
• Coaches’ and Volunteer Hospitality: Have your volunteers check in at 5pm under the concession stand, we will have a sign in sheet like Dunsinane did last night. We’ll do our best to offer refreshments, so if any of them need anything during the meet, just let me or Maria know!

WHSC Pool Rules for Guests:

• Volleyball Sand Area: Please ensure swimmers and siblings do not play in this area.
• Baby pool: This area will also be blocked off, please ensure guests do not enter this area.
• Behind the Blocks: Parents are asked to stay clear—the lane parents and timers will take great care of your swimmers.
• Photography Restriction: No photography behind the blocks. This follows OHSAA rules to protect our swimmers.
