Due to having over 300 swimmers entered in tonight's meet, we’ve made the decision to ELIMINATE ALL RELAYS for tonight's meet. This was the simplest and most effective way to ensure we are not at the pool past 10:30 p.m.

Because relays are being removed, this may affect your swimmer's events.  SSA Rules state entries cannot exceed two individual events per swimmer at a meet. Most PHSC swimmers were originally entered in two individual events plus relays for a regular meet. Unfortunately, some swimmers ended up with three individual events because they were not placed on a relay tonight.

At this point, there is no time to adjust or reassign individual events. We simply need to move forward and do the best we can to keep the meet running efficiently and finish by around 9:15 tonight.

I know this may cause frustration for some families, and I completely understand. Please know we are doing our best to make decisions that support the overall flow and fairness of the meet while keeping the evening manageable for everyone.
