Volunteer Jobs will OPEN SUNDAY JUNE 21 @ 9pm (they are NOT open until then)

SSA Champs Swimmer Entry Details - this will be share again!

• Monday July 6th for 11 & Older Swimmers at Dunsinane Swim Club
• Tuesday July 7th for 10 & Younger Swimmers Woodhaven Swim Club (Centerville)
  • Warmups COULD start at early as 4:30pm on these days, but we won’t know for sure until about 10 days before the meet.
  • ABSOLUTELY NO CATCHERS will be allowed for 25’s for 8 & Unders.
  • This is a SSA league rule, we allow them at the beginning of the season, but are NOT ALLOWED at champs.
• Each swimmer is allowed to swim only 2 events at SSA Champs
  • Coaches will try our best to put as many relays together as we can!
  • Coaches will handle EVENT ENTRIES -this is NEW this year
  • Parents can add a NOTE to SUGGEST PREFERRED EVENT
    • Parents WILL NOT CHOOSE events for swimmers
  • This will allow the coaches to choose the BEST races for them to get an award or place highest.
  • Top 16 swimmers in each events for our SSA Division will get awards (medals & ribbons)
• Coaches ONLY have until SUNDAY June 27th at MIDNIGHT to change ANY entry!
• NO changes can be made once the heat sheet is shared by the league on Friday July 3rd.
• FINAL Relays will be announced/shared by the morning of your champs session. If, for any reason, your swimmer CANNOTbe on a relay, please let Angela know ASAP!!

Monday July 7th we will have our 3rd Annual PEP RALLY at PHSC 

• during morning practice times - details to come soon 
• plan to come with your PEP and PHSC Spirit! 
• We will meet in the parking lot to decorate our cars and hang at the pool while we "PUMP UP" our swimmers! 
• If you can’t join us, let us know and we will set aside some decorations.

• 4:30 p.m. - - Warm-ups begin
  • PHSC Warm Up time TBD
  • teams will be given a 10-15 minute warm up time through 5:40pm
• 6:00 p.m. - - Meet starts

10 and under (WHSC = Host Pool)

• 4:30 p.m. 
• PHSC Warm Up time TBD
• teams will be given a 10-15 minute warm up time through 5:30
• 5:45 p.m. - - Meet starts
