AWAY Swim Meets Arrival Times:

• 5:30pm  Swimmers ARRIVE  
• 5:50-6:10pm  Warm Ups (in the water)  
• 6:15pmSwim Meet STARTS

• Heat Sheet of WHOLE meet
• Heat Sheet by AGE GROUP 
• Swimmer Sheets with Heats and Lanes
  • To find your swimmer, look for their age group first 
  • and then check EACH event for their age group
  • don't forget to look at RELAYS!
• You are able to WRITE on your swimmer BEFORE you come to the meet!
• We will have swimmer slips AT the meet -

• 4:30 - Doors Open for parents and swimmers can start entering the pool area at
• 5:50-6:10 PHSC Warm Ups.
• Please do not allow swimmers to sit on the lawn chairs if they have sharpie on their backs.
• Please remember to obey all traffic parking laws for street parking as the neighbors *will* call to have cars ticketed.
  • Watch for driveway aprons, stop signs and fire hydrants.
  • We do have some lawn parking, but we ask that no trucks park on the lawn.
• Please consider eating at the meet!
  • We offer a variety of items including Chick Fil A sandwiches, hotdogs, hamburgers, walking tacos, mac and cheese, fruit salad, vegetables, desserts, bottled drinks and more. The team appreciates your support!
• We DO have a digital event board.
  • It is located on top of the picnic shelter (it is a clock during 'regular' pool days.) 
  • Please make sure you are getting your children to their event a few events before their scheduled event number.
• There will be assigned volunteers making sure they are lined up in the correct order once they get there.
• Parents should never be behind the blocks during the meet.
• Also, photos are not permitted to be taken from behind the blocks, all photos should be taken from the side of the pool.
• This is rule for all swim meets and locations, even outside of summer leagues and is for the privacy and safety of our swimmers.
