Please do not arrive before 10am tomorrow!
Coaches have meetings before 10 that will need focus & no interruption. 
We will be setting up donuts & drinks, too.

10am Breakfast starts
10:30am NEW PARENT MEETING under the Shelter with Anna Keirn
11am Ready for Team photo
11:15am Team Photo
11:30-11:45 any remaining photos to be taken
Noon - pool open for the day

• We will be reay for swimmers to arrive at 10am and start getting lined up for individudual and sibling photos. 
• To avoid standing in line waiting, you are welcome to stagger your arrival time between 10-11am.
• 11am EVERYONE needs to be on deck for our group photo 
• We plan to line everyone up by age group and take one large photo.
• We will have a line for the photographer and he will take EVERYONE'S photos please DO NOT worry....even if he has to take it after the team photo.

This morning will look like ORGANIZED CHAOS, but we will get everyone where and when they need to be, plesae just listen for announcements.
