All Swimmers JOIN us for Donuts & Photos!

• 10:00am Donuts and juice for ALL Swim Team members
  • We did not plan for non-swim team siblings, we are sorry!
• 10-11:00am- INDIVIDUAL & SIBLING Photos with Photographer
• We will NOT allow swimmers in the pool during photo time.
  • Individual photos: choose swim suits or shirts.
  • Order form is attached
  • Please come with the form filled out and payment ready - we have forms ready at the front desk and attached to this email
  • We will make a line for individual photos
  • photographer will get to everyone, even if AFTER team photo
• 11:00 Team Photo (ALL Swim Team)
  • Everyone will wear their team shirt for the Team photo.
• 11:15-11:45am - additional photos needed who did not finish before the Team Photo

Your swimmers can arrive anytime between 10 & 11am - but we ask they arrive in time for our team photo at 11am - it will take us some time to organize everyone!

It will be a very BUSY morning around the pool.

We will NOT allow swimmers in the pool during photo time.

The coaches will do their best to engage swimmers who are hanging around with silly games & activities; but please monitor your swimmers during this time, we hope to have no issues but will need all the support we can get.

ORDER FORM IS ATTACHED - but we will have them onsite too.

More Details: 

• We will have our photographer available for individual & sibling photos starting at 10:00am until 11:00am when we get ready for our group photo. 
• Swimmers can play while they are waiting for the group photos, but parents will need to SUPERVISE YOUR SWIMEMRS, too. Coaches will be getting photos, too!
• Please have your swimmers wear their team shirts to pictures. We plan to take one large team photo - but we will NEED HELP from parents onsite!
• If your family does not have their individual photo taken before the team photo, we will have the photographer available after for more individuals.
• Order form is attached, but copies will be available at the pool tomorrow morning.
• We will also have one donut per swimmer/diver and a drink. We will not have 2nds or extras for non-swimmer-siblings, please plan accordingly..
