Silicone caps are more durable and can have your swimmer’s name or family name put on them. Order at Parrot Sports (link below). We have NOT met our minimum order yet, so please check this out ASAP. All swimmers will get ONE latex Swim Team Cap.

NEW SWIMMER EVALUATIONS (ages 7 & Older)

Safety is our top priority! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all swimmers, coaches, and lifeguards, we need to ensure all our swimmers know the pool rules, respect the lifeguards and listen to our coaches. We are asking parents to help support us by reminding your children about safety around water.

We need to ensure all participants have a foundational level of experience. Our swim team is designed to build upon existing skills and help each swimmer grow in confidence and technique. If you believe your swimmer should be evaluated PRIOR to our first practice, please email Coach Angela PHSC Fighting Fish Coach(Link).  Reminder - Swimmers 7 & Older should be able to swim one length of the pool with little to no assistance.

EMAIL: Weekly email updates to families will be sent out based on the information you provide. To ensure you receive these updates, we highly recommend that each parent enters and verifies their email in their profile.

• 10:15-11:00am Age Group 9 & 10
• 11:00-11:45am Age Group 11 & Older
