REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN for the 2026 Pleasant Hill Swim Club Swim Team!

Please give us grace with our new registration process, as it’s new to us; we are bound to make mistakes. Please let us know where we have errors so we can fix them asap. We have also added a few new acknowledgements to this process along with purchase of spirit wear. (see below)

Dive Team 2026 Update

At this time, the dive program is on hold indefinitely for the 2026 season. We understand this may be disappointing news, and we will continue working through the details. As soon as we have any new information, we will post updates and communicate with families right away. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please review the important dates below to ensure your swimmer receives a team shirt in time for pictures.

2026 Registration Deadlines:

• March 16, 2026
  • Open registration for RETURNING Team families
• April 1, 2026
  • Open registration for NEW Team families
• May 7, 2026
  • Registration deadline for all swimmers to guarantee a team shirt for Team Pictures
  • Registrations AFTER May 8th will NOT be guaranteed a shirt for Swim Team Pictures
  • Last Day to order Spirit Wear from our website
• May 8, 2026
  • LATE FEE assessed to all registrations AFTER May 8th to all Swim Team registrations. This will encourage early registration and help with planning for coaching and safety staff at the pool.
• May 28, 2026
  • Second Team Shirt Order will be placed after this date
  • Shirts from this batch will not be guaranteed for the first meet

2026 Registration Deadlines:

• PHSC Swim Team has not adjusted fees since 2021; we need to make adjustments to our fee structure this year.
• In 2026, adjustments to sibling discounts have been made; if you feel your family needs support, please reach out to Coach Angela directly at [email protected]
• For 2027, we plan to increase our per swimmer costs, this is NOT an easy decision!

2026 Apparel Update

NEW for 2026– ADD apparel for Family & Fans orders when you register!

• Fans of PHSC can order apparel through our website and DURING the registration process. WOO HOO!!
• You can also access our Spirit Wear through our website link.

Sponsorships - on T-shirts & Signage at PHSC

• This year, businesses and families can have their name and logo featured on our 2026 PHSC Team T‑shirt. These shirts will be distributed to over 180 swimmers and divers, with additional sales to families and fans—so it’s a wonderful way to support the team while getting your name out in the community.
• Other opportunities to sponsor - PHSC also offers your business to adversity AT PHSC! We can add your logo to signage around the pool and on our website
• All funds raised this season will go toward PHSC Team Recognition projects. Our goal is to create a Team Record Board and a large recognition display honoring all past and present Captain Fighting Fish. These additions will help us celebrate the history, pride, and accomplishments of our athletes for years to come.
